A 'tea tonight?' thread anyone?

So.... Is anyone interested in a thread where we all say what we are having for tea / dinner depending on where you live, and I can steal your lovely ideas. Hopefully we could share ideas?
We are having turkey burgers in buns with corn on the cob and salad tonight, homemade pizza tomorrow.

I'm having king prawns with butternut squash and carrot 'spaghetti' and a spicy tomato sauce, can't wait I'm hungry!

Similar to you ohholyfuck we're having pasta with spicy tomato sauce, prawns and roasted veggies (probably pepper and courgette-depends on what's in the fridge).

Aiming to have salady dinners the rest of the week - tonight its grilled halumi (can never spell it) with green salad leaves, roast broccoli and grated beetroot

Haloumi here too - going to skewer it with a load of vege, and serve with spiced rice, tsatziki and salad.

Crustless quiche with chickpea salad & wedges. All made from scratch (as I'm gluten & dairy free) very tasty even if I say so myself!!

DH is away so I get to cook my favourite things for the next few days - huzzah!

I've made a carrot and courgette salad from Deliciously Ella, and am baking a swordfish steak to go with. I've also made some oat/ banana breakfast bars to use the oven.

Comfort food here tonight, had a shitty day, so scrambled egg on toast, lots of butter in the egg, dash of anchovy sauce, then anchovies on the top.

Coco pops

Actually not even coco pops. Aldi knockoff version. 'Chocolate rice with monkey' or whatever they call it.

Mushroom omelette here today as nobody very hungry.

I forgot to get the chicken out of the freezer for DSS and I so we had a Slimming World burger with cheese (no bun sadly) each, new potatoes (DSS chose them over homemade chips) I had broccoli he had baked beans. Was nice!

SH had maple pork belly slices and halloumi as he's low carbing.

We had chicken skewers (chicken marinaded in maple syrup and ketchup) with paprika wedges and, somewhat bizarrely, roasted veg.
Not sure about tomorrow as DC have a party after school and I'm going to the gym when they are in bed so I might eat at the party too - it's in soft play, obviously I'll order my own meal and not pinch theirs!

Pasta bake. Been confined to base today with injured child and no shopping in.

French bread pizzas, a french bread roll, cut in half and grilled with a pizza sauce, mozerella, olives, red onion, tomato and green peppers.

Howabout stuffed red peppers - chopped fried onion, cut up sundried tomatoes, chunks of feta, all mixed up together and piled in. Made it up as I went along tbh, it was yummy!
I love this thread - sooo many good ideas. It makes me hungry reading through though!

This recipe for a veggie shepherds pie. Have already made it ready for bunging in the oven tonight. It's very lentilly but has actually turned out really tasty! Quite pleased with it, it's going to go in my recipe book.

I'm having a jacket spud with beans, bacon, fried onions and cheese. DP will be having jacket spud with chilli on it ( yesterday's leftover spag Bol reinvented) as I had some at lunch time with a salad. Not very exciting here!

Vegetable and quorn curry (jar of sauce). Naan, yoghurt and rice.
