My favourite film ever is The Painted Veil.

Waterloo Bridge with V Leigh mentioned above was the one I was thinking of. Think I watched it as a teenager.

I also love Bette Davis and A Hepburn films.

I’ve watched Bridges of Madison County endless times and cry every time at the scene in the rain!

Am I the only one who thinks the notebook is completely crap? And to the pp who mentioned lost boys it’s one of my favourite films but
I would question its status as a romance 😂
