Tell me what NOT to see and why NOT to see it ...

We got out The Black Dahlia (Josh Hartnett, Scarlett Johanssen) the other day on DVD.
Pants pants pants .... even DH didn't like it and he likes the sort of film that makes you think ... we didn't get it ... crap.
And what is it about 'mumbling' at the moment ... DH and I spent most of the film saying either, "What did he say?" or "Who the hell is he?" ...

just could not get into it - now whether that was because I was heavily pregnant and uncomfortable or cause it was story line slow and dark, lots of links that you had to think about and make iyswim.

Love Actually gave me hives and made me dry wretch.

Hated Crash,can't believe Brokeback Mountain lost to this in the Oscars.

Flushed Away is pretty awful.

Oh yes Boco,, Love Actually is dire (apart from Emma Thompson storyline).
Embarrased to say I found that quite moving.

dh insisted on going to see lord of the rings. the first one. I was pg with my first dc. it was torture. I went to the toilets 5 times.

The worst film i've ever nearly seen all of was Van Helsing. Awful shite. I was ill and lying on the sofa and couldn't find the remote. Took the last of my strength to reach the off button.

Agree with every single one so far... especially Borat and that Sunshine of Spotless Mind crap.

We saw Borat at the weekend - really really awful. No idea why it got so many great reviews, it was embarrassing to watch.

The History Boys - surely only interesting if you a)went to Oxford b) Are a twat.
