What is the worst film you have ever seen?

I was looking at the Super Mario game on the DS for my brother when someone mentioned the film.
I remember seeing it, Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo. God it was dire!!
What the worst film you've seen? Any reason whatsoever, however irrational it may seem.

Oh that's good ,so different ab's was the answer then.I'll definately have to go back to docs on monday.

expatinscotland · 03/03/2007 23:27

Go back! I did and I'm so glad. If you still feel rubbish and are still running the low grade fever after 2-3 days, something's not working.

I was still hacking up the green goo.

MrsSpoon · 03/03/2007 23:28

The Royal Tennenbaums (or whatever they were called)
Sideways
... and tonight's offering Little Miss Sunshine - gave up halfway through.

expatinscotland · 03/03/2007 23:28

Oh, yes, Sideways was shit!

I'm so glad I have such a poor memory sometimes.

I found Closer was kack, too.

brimfull · 03/03/2007 23:29

have had bronchitis for nearly a month now am knackered and sore.Amoxycillin did sweet FA.

CathyHargreaves · 03/03/2007 23:30

Closer was a great play but a terrible film
I like the Royal Tennebaums though
AND the others you hate MrsSpoon
let us not go the cinema together

MrsSpoon · 03/03/2007 23:31

Agree with whoever said The Mexican, DH bought me that as part of my anniversary present one year and I couldn't even watch it all the way through, what a load of rubbish.

expatinscotland · 03/03/2007 23:31

Amoxy did FA for my chest infection, too, ggirl.

My chest was still painful and that phlegm was NASTY (and smelly).

Still had a low grade fever, too.

Two days after starting the augmentin, I was feeling much improved - although still weak.

expatinscotland · 03/03/2007 23:32

Was 'The Mexican' the one with Julia Roberts?

If so, that's why.

She's utter dog shit.

MrsSpoon · 03/03/2007 23:32

LOL CathyHargreaves, no we better not go to the cinema together!

brimfull · 03/03/2007 23:32

thanks for that,I won't die then..phew

MrsSpoon · 03/03/2007 23:33

expat, can't remember, probably was Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt was in it IIRC.

Didn't think much of Pirates of the Carribean 2, after loving the first one and having a thing for Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow.

Just watched The Children of Men,that was pretty crap, the book was brilliant though.

schneebly · 03/03/2007 23:36

I am gutted that a couple of my favourite films have been mentioned (some more than once!) [shock

My votes for terrible films go to...

conan the barbarian
power rangers the movie
star trek the (slow) motion picture
rocky 5

didnt think much of 'the pursuit of happyness' recently either

AI and Brokeback Mountain both left me feeling soooooo depressed.

CathyHargreaves · 03/03/2007 23:39

Is the Children of Men the PD JAmes book? I really liked that book actually

franca70 · 03/03/2007 23:43

joash · 03/03/2007 23:53

many many bad films - but the most recent has to be HARD CANDY!!!!

brimfull · 03/03/2007 23:54

Molesworth · 03/03/2007 23:56

closer (hateful characters)
brick (utter bollocks)
the proposition (steaming shit pile)
swordfish (even dp said it was steaming shit pile)

LazyLine · 04/03/2007 07:27

MrsSpoon, it was The Mexican!

LazyLine · 04/03/2007 07:29

Ocean's Twelve was also toss.

Loved The Royal Tenenbaums!

sunnywong · 04/03/2007 07:29

Right, Molesworth, that really is the end of our relationship -
The proposition was V good, IMO.

Caligula · 04/03/2007 08:41

Actually have just thought, Four Weddings and a Funeral was a pretty unpleasant film.

Winestein · 04/03/2007 08:43

Mrs Spoon, you don't like the films Sideways and The Royal Tennenbaums? Two of my favourite films no less.

Tut.

[tries to start a fight]
