I was looking at the Super Mario game on the DS for my brother when someone mentioned the film.
I remember seeing it, Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo. God it was dire!!
What the worst film you've seen? Any reason whatsoever, however irrational it may seem.

The cube of the sphere or something like that.

Watched it for a whole hour cos I kept thinking this has got to become clear ina minute. Sadly I gave up before any clarity was restored.

I am also not a great fan of the matrix films.

Teh cube or the sphere (I know it was a 3D shape)

merryberry · 03/03/2007 15:11

Titanic. I (mutedly) cheered when leo turned into a jacksicle and sunk like a stone.

paulaplumpbottom · 03/03/2007 15:25

Sphere-with Sharon Stone? Yes also awful.
I didn't get it.

how to lose a guy in 10 days, more like how to lose an audience in 10 minutes

serendipity, I knew someone who confessed that she's watched this film on video about 10 times and still wanted to see it on the girl's night!

I like a good chick flick but it was like watching paint dry and where is the comic value in either of them???

Gigli with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. Absolutely toe-curlingly atrocious. So bad we had to watch it all. Just to make sure.

AI!!! Bleedin' hell, that one got me twice. I went to the cinema to see it and left after 45 minutes. Then, decided to give it another go when it came out to rent. HA! lested even less time. The worst film in the world, twice!

Lilliput · 03/03/2007 19:42

Lawnmower Man closely followed by Boxing Helena - pure shite

LazyLine · 03/03/2007 19:42

melpomene · 03/03/2007 19:52

WhyBother, there are films called both Cube and Sphere so still not sure which one you mean! I thought Cube was great (Sci Fi horror with people trapped in a giant cube).

Agree that AI was one of the worst. I thought the talking teddybear was cringeworthy. During the supposedly poignant ending, people around me were sobbing as I clenched my nails into my palm in a failed effort to stop myself giggling at the corniness of it all.

stepfordwife · 03/03/2007 19:52

even cowgirls get the blues..uma thurman and her freakily large thumb (!). only time i've left before end of a film. does anyone else remmeber it?! closely followed by while you were sleeping (sandra bollocks) during which I, er, fell asleep. really..not being contrived..i snored away, delicately drooling on dh's shoulder. i'm a cheap,if unresponsive, date..

suejonez · 03/03/2007 19:55

Xmen the first one - had free tickets and still stay all teh way through. Not exactly their target audience I suppose.

issyissyissy · 03/03/2007 19:56

Natural Born Killers. I left the cinema after 20 minutes!

NotanOtter · 03/03/2007 19:56

about last night - pure shit

paulaplumpbottom · 03/03/2007 20:01

I also hated Natural Born Killers-Bad acting, gore, violence and bad language
