I got an add on YouTube for this book

Listed as a no1 best seller. I think its found its way into not being hatespeech by a loophole of having a disclaimer saying "we are not telling you to hate women". But then goes on to list reasons to hate women.

What sad sad fragile men. I take some comfort that these mens lives must be so deeply unfulfilled if they feel the need to fill their minds with such hatred.

"However, today’s women could not be less interested in today’s men."

Says something about the author not being able to get a woman more than it does about women in general.

I love it when people are expert by extension.

My father was a diplomat so, by extension, I am an expert in diplomacy. And because I grew up in that milieu, that makes me more of an expert than someone who is the adult sibling of adult siblings who attended a university in a foreign country. Sort of like homeopathy, but with boasts.

I haven’t claimed to be an expert on us admissions. The poster I was replying to said that I only had knowledge from the us college admissions process through anecdotal evidence from my nephews. Misogynists hate women and view them as inferior. I expressed nothing of the sort. In contrast, I stated that I have every sympathy for women wanting respect and equality.

If you consider discussing men's issues and how society's dismissal of them pertains to the rise of influencers such as Andrew Tate/Myron Gaines as misogyny, then I think the real issue here is that you have difficulty hearing and accepting perspectives that you don't agree with (or would rather not know).

A lot of women here are telling you that you come across as being misogynistic. Take heed of that.

I'm white. If I posted on a thread about racism and a number of people of colour told me that my words were coming across as racist, the last thing I would do is tell them "they have difficulty hearing and accepting perspectives that they don't agree with (or would rather not know)."

That's a horrible thing to happen but I don't know why you think it says something about men in general.

I was just reading about the murder of Deborah Chong, an elderly and vulnerable individual who was killed and beheaded by a younger woman from church after a failed attempt to con her. I don't see it as having any relevance to normal women.

That particular story was headline news because it’s SO unusual for a woman to murder someone else in cold blood. Surely you understand that pointing out men commit most violent and sexual crime isn’t a slur on all men?

Well, yeah, but the post I quoted wasn't doing that. It gave an anecdotal story about a 15yo boy followed by a sweeping statement about men.

A 15yo isn't even a man btw, it's a child.
