Can you help me compile a list of tasks that are emotional labour/life admin?

I’m trying to write a comprehensive list of every job that comes under the emotional labour/life and home admin banner so I can share it with DH.

We share physical housework tasks and childcare equally but we were talking recently and he said something about “everything” being split equally and I pointed out that no actually, “everything” is not. So, now he has offered to take his fare share, I am trying to write a list of everything I can possibly think of to ensure the load is evenly split 😀 Can you help?

Why can't you just give the other parent the password? That's what I do.

(Although I agree that one shouldn't have to).

Providing and prediction emotional support for children. This personally takes up a lot of my thoughts and time

Noticing a child is a bit 'off' and finding way to tackle that. It could mean help from professionals or scouring Internet forums, reading endless research articles. This time is not usually quantifiable

Same with school work, thinking ahead about how to best support them, taking them to art gallery's if their subject is Art or reading the book they are studying in English.

Emotional support is the biggest drain on me

I’m a bit hmmm about these types of lists tbh. It’s usually a way of trying to make working part time sound equal to being the main earner with all the pressure and responsibility of providing for the family - “you might work 80 hour weeks but I remember the Wi-Fi password!”

Has anyone mentioned holiday admin. Researching destinations, accommodation, flights. Checking suitcases are still suitable, sourcing and packing sundries, sun cream, insect repellent, goggles, hats etc. Checking passports are still live and organising replacements if they are out of date including getting photos taken
