I know that you don't know me. I literally have nowhere else to go right now. Ihave used MN in the past but left. I can't link my other names or give clues. I am really sorry.

Just in need of some company.

Sorry.

It's hard to get rid of that energy when someone else is around, isn't it. Have you got headphones so you could listen to something and block out any sound of DH moving around?

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:33

I like a mixture of music really. Got itunes on shuffle at the mo.

How old are the DCs?

ClimberChick · 09/06/2010 21:35

or dancing, especially the kind that involves a hairbrush as a microphone. Then it counts as multi tasking...singing (albeit badly or miming) and dancing and exercise

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:35

I had a row with my dh earlier today, got in my car and played very loud Bloc Party on the way to work. Felt loads better. I needed to listen to something aggressive and angry.

SilverBoots · 09/06/2010 21:37

Lady Gaga - far better than the Purple Prince!

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:37

I think part of being a mum is that you never really feel that you're very good at it- at least for me (my DD is 22 months). Every time I feel like I'm getting quite good she changes or does something new and I'm all at sea again.

ClimberChick · 09/06/2010 21:39

oooooh bubbles, something about them always makes me smile. Do the santa beard face, go on, and take a picture

SilverBoots · 09/06/2010 21:39

I'm also a SAHM - 3 DSs & I'm also VERY sure you're a VERY good one at that!

MrsSawdust · 09/06/2010 21:40

No one thinks they're a good mum. I bet you're brilliant at it really.

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:40

I don't like baths. I can see myself too much

plus we don't have any hot water upstairs only lukewarm.

SilverBoots · 09/06/2010 21:42

Sorry re: baths

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:43

I'm really not good at it! I am v shouty and too strict.

SOrry, please don't think i am drip feeding in a troll way. I just don't know what to say. I thought that being here would be a bit easier than in RL but actually it's not!

OP posts:
MrsSawdust · 09/06/2010 21:44

I totally know what you mean about seeing too much of myself in the bath.

Always makes me wonder if the bath has shrunk ... oh right, that'll just be me expanding then ...

SilverBoots · 09/06/2010 21:44

Maybe you need some time for yourself?

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:45

hmm shuffle is trying to tell me something!

The Enemy "had ENough"
Plumb "cut"
Lisa Loeb "Shes falling apart"
The Enemy "Away From Here"

We can talk about something else if you'd prefer.

TDiddy · 09/06/2010 21:45

SagacityNell - i am so disappointed that you didn't say Prince. Never mind. How about Simply Red? I will even forgive Michael Jackson .

SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:45
