Snowkitten I feel for your DD - but with your TLC and the reassurance that whatever she feels (anger, sadness etc) is ok she will get there. The same for you hun, your feelings will be all over the place - wishing you all the real life and MN support you need.

at home. he never made it to the clinic. he was due in that day - what a cruel fucking irony

So sorry for your loss.
I am sure lots of people here can recommend services to help you.

I was 12 when my dad died, he was 49 had alcohol problems and died of his 5th heart attack I know something of what your DD may be going through. My only advice would be let her cry/shout/be sad/be angry what ever she needs to do and please remember she will lash out so please do not take to heart things she may do or say in the next few weeks.
