ah, my nan was 82 when she died too - still seemed too young - but she and grandad hadn't quite made it to 60years, I think it was only 58 (not bad going though)

If you have a pic of her already then can you take it out and put it in its own frame, and maybe put a little vase of flowers with it as well as the candle?

i know shes died and am very upset but detached from it becsued i cant say goodbye.

do you have any favourite hymns? Any idea what sort of hymns she would be having at the funeral tomorrow? Something like The Lord's my Shepherd, or Abide with Me - both standards for funerals - my tentative suggestion is that you have your very own private "service" at the same time as her funeral, so that you feel connected to the one going on where your family are.
