oh CVQ what has happened to. You is truely dreadful, but I am proud of you for being able to type it out, over time it will lessen the poet this has over you and it will be hard to do, keeping it all locked up never helps as it will keep making you feel powerless, today was gonna be hard as I know the loss of your gran and your mum going home will tap into your feelings of loss but dealing with those feelings and getting throu the other side will help, thou it won't feel like it has hellped just yet.

yes I can understNd that and it is a. COmmon feeling cos you don't want to be hurting how you are now, you need to get some power back as so much power taken away from you, you only say or type what you want to say you have the power over that, I know it is hard to say stuff and it makes you feel vunerrable when you've said it but it will help you in the long run honest no one here is gonna push you into doing or saying anything you need to be in control here and feel safe to say whatever.
