Since we've nearly tipped the last one over the 1000 posts mark, here's the new thread for cvq and for her friends to help this lovely lady to keep on getting better.

ns - when we talked today, you have sounded really lighthearted, managed a sleep etc, what has happened since?

You have not ruined anyones life ns - c'mon that is easy to see it is really not your fault.

Who are you talking about when you say you hate what you have done to someone? your mum, A?

you are having a very bad time just now, aren't you. Have you had alcohol as well? You are a person, a real person who is having some troubles at the moment but you will find a way through, you WILL.

Do you want to tell us what you've done? Fine if you don't, but it might help relieve you of the burden of it if you talk about it.

oh God, I need to go to bed, I have to take DS to the hospital tomorrow morning to see whether or not he has a heart murmur (hope not) and I HAVE to get up in time for it...

It's very noble of you to stay up late and support CvQ but you have a family and people who need you in RL too - you need to stay awake for them

There are RL people around to help - CvQ can call if it gets too tough for her tonight... that's what they're there for

There is nothing you can do from this far away either - especially not in the middle of the night.

ns has called crisis this morning - she msn'd me at about 8.45am and was waiting for them, still not making much sense, but at least she has asked for help.
