Hello! Glad to hear you've had some sleep and some food. It's cold and very very windy here - dd almost blown off her feet in the garden. Will be away down south from tomorrow for a week, but will be thinking of you.

i was hoping to get more sleep but its not looking in my favouri still need to go walking and its now raining again!

I'd get out in the rain, if you can bear it - get well bundled up and waterproofed - it'll be better than sitting in looking at the rain, and have a warm bath and cup of tea when you get in.
dd and I are going to my mum and dads' - dh has gone for a boys holiday. Apparently they are planning on going up Ben Nevis tomorrow. Don't really see that happening in this wind!
