I'm feeling anxious today as doing something new at work. I know I'll be okay but I just feel anxious about getting it done as its out of my comfort zone. Also have a few negative people around me at the moment and it's so draining.

Jamsadle I feel the same about work at the moment! And I'm feeling mum guilt for my two year old, he's got a chill blain on his toe and my husband and I very unhelpfully blamed each other. I was annoyed he didn't put him in his warm boots I'd got for him then he said he probably got it overnight because I don't want to heat the house overnight.

Hi, I'm new to this thread. I've been doing okay since lockdown: shit marriage but made up for it with two close-ish friends and a few acquaintances. This was important as awful parents and I've struggled in the past to have back up.

Anyway both of them have moved away for very good reasons and my carefully constructed support system is smashed. Of course I can see them occasionally and message but I'm much better face to face or doing activities together than messaging and anyway they're caught up with their new lives.

I'm feeling pretty hopeless again. Don't feel I have the energy to start again from scratch.

I have OCD. Really struggling right now. Scared I'm going to lose my job and my relationship.
