Need help please urgent

I am having strong suicidal thoughts, I have no help. I'm on hold to crisis team. I don't want to be here I don't know where to turn. Can anyone talk to me please. I'm scared

If a prescribed medication has made things worse you need to call 11 and ask for an emergency GP appointment OP.

Sweetheart please please ring 999 if you can't get through to the crisis team. Please don't do anything to harm yourself. You are a good mum as you are seeking help. Keep trying to get help and tell them how desperate you are. Thank you for seeking help and coming here. We care x

Op, if your partner tells you that you're a bad mum a guarantee he's wrong.

You must be feeling really isolated and alone if you can't turn to your partner for support. What about other family or close friends?

We're here for you and you're not a bad mum, your children need you and they love you.

I have been where you are. I was so angry because I just didnt want to live but had no choice. My kids need me. Your DDs need you. Keep talking here and go to a and e if you can xx

Can you leave a message with your gp to call you urgently about how you're feeling and your recent change of meds?

I have been assessed by crisis team and they are going to support me over the weekend. Im not sure whether to take my tablets tonight or not as I'm sure they made me a lot worse. Crisis team told me to ring 111 for advice about this but I can't face another call being on hold and waiting for call back etc.

should I just take the tablets tonight? Not sure what to do

I feel your pain 6 weeks ago I was where you are now but with help from the crisis team I can now see there is a future even if I need help to want it. A friend sent me this hope it can give you a little hope and the strength to battle through each day.

Had you only taken one dose? You really need medical advice before stopping them. 111 are usually quite quick to answer and ring back quite soon and are helpful IME.

Let 111 know that you are calling became the crisis team told you to. They’ll call you back before the end of the evening and that’ll be one less thing to wonder about. Well done for your persistence so far. You’ve had a brave day.
