I am having strong suicidal thoughts, I have no help. I'm on hold to crisis team. I don't want to be here I don't know where to turn. Can anyone talk to me please. I'm scared

We can see you're getting some good support from other Mumsnetters, but we thought we'd also add a link to our Mental Health resources as there are many organisations listed which could give you some more support in real life.
