Sympathy snowy. Although it's boiling I'm surviving cos I'm not working, and I really believe the sun helps my mood and anxiety quite a lot so after the 6 month winter I am trying to make the most of it x

evening everyone -
just want to say snowy - it know its hard and you want to shrink away from the people who are seemingly making things so uncomfortable for you - but they are seeing things from a much more impartial viewpoint - please hang on in there. x

ive not posted for a few days - came off nights this morning. am now on my second wind....i didnt go to bed but chose to clean out the ratties at 7am and then went to lie and snooze in the garden - slightly flawed plan as A) the sun lounger is too small to get comfy on to sleep and B) the HEAT!!! i kept moving into shade but i have a south facing garden and by the time mid morning came there was no shade.

i went back out at tea time and nearly fell asleep then as it was just cooling down with a lovely breeze...

had a ratty crisis tonight - Pearly paws seemed to have inhaled something that had got stuck....she panicked and i thought she was choking....but after a frantic phone call to the vet she told me what to do and she seems ok now. These rats will be the death of me....they have such strong personalities its impossible not to get attached.

anyway. i only have one more week at work until my hols (at home but still - time off! whoopee!)

got my appointment through for the 24 hour ph test for the fundoplasty - really not looking forward to that one but i really want the surgery so needs must. I cant go on with this stupid cough.

we need a new thread too guys - any ideas for a theme for a title? it takes me a while to come up titles fitting of such a lovely witty caring bunch as you all are!

vicar glad to hear rattie crisis averted and youve been enjoying a breeze where you are. Beautiful here.

Just done 30ins of a yoga dvd which was such hard work. Clearly my current one is easy and dh had bought me an "intensive" one.

Have had dull morning otherwise tidying, hoovering, washing while dh is working an treehouse. Cant seem to find the words to say it would be nicer for me if we shared both. ..

Next need to do supermarket shop (yawn) but that should be it for chores today I hope!

just been feeling abit all over the place lately.

today i feel...? blank, lifeless, tired, drained, bored but no motivation to do anything?! sad, lonely but dont want to talk to any one?! confused, numb, legs and arms feel heavy like their dead weights. heads woozy, eyes are a blur. feel poo!!!!

I actually had a bit of luck today, won membership to english heritage so have lots of places to visit over the holidays for free! happy about that. Have also had contact from someone regarding a fellowship i had given up on.....maybe!

I've had a pretty good day. Dh booked me a massage for my birthday and it was really good. Took dd swimming this pm which was nice and now having quiet eve in front of tv with glass of wine.

If any of you are reading this and relatively new to treatment and still feeling shit, then hold on. Back in Feb I couldn't manage more than 3 hours out of bed, daily suicidal thoughts, calls to the samaritans. Recovery is possible. It took a lot longer than I would have liked, and I'm not completely there, but I am a lot better now than in Feb.
