can anyone help me?

I want to cancel my skype and also facebook. I have googled. Sorry, I can't work out how to do it. I need to get rid of them both. Please, can anyone guide me what to do?

He is not remotely interested in you now, he will be on to someone else. There are plenty of people online who will chat to him in that way.

You need to get some help for you now. Whatever happened in the past and now are unrelated - just bad luck.

A few months ago I had a car break in - police involved, and was upset infrotn of my bosses.
On Thursday I had a car accident - police involved, was upset infront of my bosses.

I felt bad for "always causing a drama about my car and having police there!" Which is silly because neither inciident I planned on happening.

What I am trying to say is that, you were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

At the moment you are catastrophising - if that is even a word! I really think you need some help to get this in to perspective. And I mean that in a nice way.

That's good, it means you've got it as high as it can go.

If you want to make sure...there are three little tabs, that say "public profile", "contacts only" and "edit".

Public profile will let you see what your account looks like as if you were someone else.

Contacts only will only let your contacts see what is on your profile,

Edit - lets you change all of the info you can or can not see in the tabs I described above.

Check that you can not see any info on the first two tabs that you dont want anyone to see by clicking on them.

DD2 has catastrophic thinking, she basically can't see the wood for the trees. IE she can't think clearly. She has other MH problems, but for her it's closely linked with her depression and low self esteem.

Mosp, you cannot wipe your internet history. And unless you are a master criminal there will be nothing out of the ordinary, or interesting on it. What you need to do now is to get yourself some help in calming down, so you can think clearly and focus properly.

NOTHING, but NOTHING is this bad. And please believe me when I say that I have been there, I have spent 3 months in a private hospital.

what if someone who knows me looks at the accounts though? diaries i can burn, but it seems i am stuck with all the online stuff

Can you see anything you dont want anyone else to see whan you click on the two tabs?

Remember that you can not change or delete your skype username

Mosp - no-one can access your internet info ...

They can not hack into any of your accounts as you are or have changed them all.

No-one will be able to find you easily.

You are not bad or dirty, so stop that. You just need a breather and a little help that's all..no shame in that.

Do you want to change your skype password now? You have got rid of everything else now and no-one can see anything.

Well if you commit suicide then there will be an investigation afaik. I think there usually is unless it's natural causes that are expected.

What time is your DS home from singing?

You seem to think YOU have done something mosp, you said we don't know anything? Would talking to one of your friends on MN help? maybe talking it all out with someone will help.
