can anyone help me?

I want to cancel my skype and also facebook. I have googled. Sorry, I can't work out how to do it. I need to get rid of them both. Please, can anyone guide me what to do?

As for facebook just change all the details, your name location remove all pics and put a pic of micky mouse up as your profile....... just change everything.

You will not be able to delete all traces on fb and skype when in a panic.
You need to access more knowledgeable people than mnetters.
But the advice above will make it more difficult for others to find you/ find out about you.You also need to delete your history on your laptops/ pcs etc. You may be able to do this by setting your pc to settings at an earlier date- like 6 months ago. But this is still not foolproof.
But if you will be dead then it is not important is it?
If you are protecting someone else- delete all reference to them and photos etc.
You will be much more effective at all the hiding info and protecting others whilst you are alive and can defend yourself and others.
Think about it.

Take some deep breaths. Calm down. We'll help any way we can but we can't fix everything so you need to phone for some help. Samaritans is a good start.

I very much doubt he is going to come and find you when he can move onto another victim online.
