Day 1 of this adventure. I’ve got a headache but will soon be going to bed.
My eating window today was 8am-4pm. I’ve got so much to shift & hope I can keep this up. Anyone else want to join?

@greengreyblue I'm not tiny honestly, I'm about 5ft5 if that and at this weight just about a size 10, but would probably still need a 12 in jeans. Your food sounds tasty. Just cooking Salmon Pasta Arrabiatta for dinner.

18 hour fast. Weird food day as have the kids and was mental with swimming lesson first thing then a Halloween farm thing. Picked at their lunch to break fast, had a protein peanut butter bar. Picked at their dinner too… sausages and mash. This evening have had Charlie Bingham curry rice and one glass of wine. Not the best but survival mode today!! Such a sore throat and not enough sleep.

Oh and weighed briefly this am at 62.3kg, so am hovering above 62kg. Happy with this and keen to push it under and see the scales start with 61 for the first time 🤞🏼🤞🏼
My heaviest weight I recorded was 66.8kg back in June.

That's good. It doesn't make sense, I've always been a big dress size for my weight if that makes sense. I remember having a pair of size 8 trousers from Next in 2007 when my Son was a baby (lost a lot of weight breastfeeding) and was under 8st then. TBH wouldn't ever aim for that weight now cause it would make me look older cause I always lose weight in my face.

Had a 24 fast today but unplanned just through a day out with others who had other plans to eat and then not having opportunity. Only eaten one meal very late tonight. Amazing how the hunger just passed and I went past it.

I’m a 12 in jeans as larger on the bum but have a smallish waist and frame so they often gape at the waist.
@Queencam we have a very similar starting weight and start date. Also hovering just under 62kg. 61.7 at last weigh. We can do this!!

16 hour fast - this feels so easy now. Had some bolognese with DD for lunch. Throat is so sore and periods due 🤕

Hello all have been unwell so fasting has been a bit erratic. Also found myself over-eating at the weekend which was a bit annoying. Back on it today with 16 hours and counting!

Shortest fast since June due to eating my one meal at 9pm last night.
15 hr fast
lunch: cottage cheese salad, an apple
dinner: grilled chicken skewers with flatbread and crunchy salad/ avocado.
Need an early night tonight after a busy weekend.

16 hour fast for me today.

Lunch was falafel wrap with chilli sauce.

Dinner of roast gammon.

It is my time of the month and I feel absolutely dreadful. Day 1 and 2 of my period are ridiculously heavy after having DDs. Sorry, TMI but I feel properly grotty. Luckily I've managed to have a quiet day but no gym trip for me.

@GameOfJones sorry to hear that - go easy on yourself. Day 1/2 can really kick the shit out of you.

I'm day 1 but feeling alright, which is disconcerting for me! It's only my second period since surgery to remove endometriosis - the difference is amazing. Just no pain.

Have fasted straight through this month - no cycle related break. My period was on time and I feel fine, so not sure I will keep taking a break. I think its about listening to your body and doing what feels right.

dinner: will be lentil spag bol with wholewheat spaghetti I think.

Had a bag of crisps and a glass of wine plus a cheese cracker last night.🤦🏼‍♀️ Can feel my motivation slipping and not sure why. I’m absolutely fine in the morning and clean fasting until 12 at least. Just feeling a bit hungrier in the evenings. These last 3 lbs are going to take forever. I’m not sure if it’s cos I’ve reached my initial target that my brain is losing the will or the change in weather. Dare not get on scales tomorrow.

I've felt that this week too! Maybe its the change in weather. I know I've been run down and tired and using treat food as a pick me up. We've had a bag of chocolate coins (full disclosure - for the kids) that I've been eating every time I go to the kitchen for a tea or coffee.

It's so so hard to sustain all the time. But the key is consistency with getting back to fasting as your default.

Weighed in at 62.3kg again today - no change from last weigh. Am okay with that - might add in a 24 hour fast again next week.

@Queencam I’m planning on making some soup this weekend. Comforting and healthy. I love salads but they’re not satisfying me at the mo.

dinner: I am craving a cheese sandwich ! I’m hardly eating bread so I think that’s what it is. Think I’ll go for eggs on toast with a bit of cheese.

I actually made a Jamie veggie burger and had it with plastic cheese in a brioche bun with a handful of oven fries so I’m well and truly cooked for weigh day!
if I was home alone it would’ve been egg on toast. I truly think families make you eat more.

I agree! I eat so much at my parents house…

16 hour fast here. Shakshuka with fried eggs for lunch. Snacks include grapes, Cajun chicken fillets with mayo, apple and peanut butter. And two chocolate coins 😬 Warm chicken salad for dinner.

Seem to be managing to avoid carbs lately which I hope helps the weight loss drive.

I stayed the same this week but with it being my time of the month that feels OK. I have been craving ALL the junk food though. I managed OK today and did a 22 hour fast and OMAD to mitigate the fact that dinner was pie and mash with sweetcorn 🙈.

I’m up a lb but I think it’s water after the carbs last night ( not been to loo yet) and. I didn’t expect to lose anyway.
