Hi. Can I join too? I feel like I need some accountability. I am on day 13 of BSD although sticking to more like 1200 cals rather than 800.

I can't believe that I have just cut out the crap (especially diet coke) without really missing it. I have wobbled a bit over the few days though so need a bit of encouragement. I stupidly ate a sweet pastry this morning but felt absolutely awful afterwards, as in sick and dizzy, so at least that has put me off doing that again.

I also don't actually know what I weigh but it's definitely coming off as I can see it in my face already. My actual goal is to be able to get into a pair of jeans that I bought in 2000 so I will know when I am there. Is this a silly way to do it?

Hi doomclaw and welcome, fitting into pair of jeans as a goal sounds great, I have a skirt I haven't worn since 2001 I am keeping an eye on too, not brave enough yet. Maybe take some measurements or a photo too, in a few weeks you may want to do a before and after.

I’m currently wearing jeans from 2006 that I never thought I’d get back into, it’s definitely possible. Be warned though that older clothing sizes are often way smaller than current (eg current size 8 = a 10 or 12 from ten years ago). Not a major issue, but don’t be disheartened.

Finished in IKEA, avoided the cafe entirely so no temptations. Hungry now though!

Hi ! I only gained 2 pounds after a week on Cornwall so not bad. Just had Greek yogurt and strawberries at 12.00 and then a mini hummus, ton of veg sticks and a few olives and a bit of Fetta for a late lunch. Salmon, kale and broccoli for dinner

Finishing today on 790 calories and 46g carbs. Although no exercising due to ankle injury, hoping I can get back to 30DS tomorrow.

B - egg muffins
L - trout with horseradish and creme fraiche, salad
D - 86g steak, salad, green beans, mange tout

Also had an apple and a Marmite cheese

Reckon I'm just on 800 cal

Well, today was not the best first day for Round 3 Mark II Day 2. 1098 cals, 60 gr carbs. Did however succeed in not eating until 12 noon, and having an 8 hr eating window, so could be worse.

And now no more wine or chocolate in the house, so yeah, should be better tomorrow!

Closed the kitchen today on 1150 steps, 58g carbs, 14 steps (6k run)

Not a terrible day but I have felt hungry today and this evening have been very ‘wanty’ and peckish. I’m not hungry. So far, have avoided the kitchen but it’s been hard. Busied myself with choosing wallpaper for ds’s bedroom.

Tomorrow I’m meeting friends and their dc in the morning, there will definitely be cake on offer so the challenge is just to resist it.

It's interesting to see what everyone else is eating today. After this morning's issue I have done well with no carb ploughmans for lunch and foil steamed fish for dinner.

Travelling and attending a family event tomorrow so will be a bit trickier but will try and make good choices.

Hello lovely BSDers. Today marks the official end of the school holidays for me (Scottish schools) so I am easing back into it. I am 2.5lbs up from the start so pleased I have more or less maintained and hopeful I will see that off quickly. The plan is:

Lots of water
Planning meals ahead
Logging in MFP before I eat it so I know where I am at with calories
More activity

Actually looking forward to getting back to it and maybe seeing some new numbers on the scales. Have a good day everyone.

Pony only 2.5 lb up after the holidays? WIN!

Today I’m not running (at least not this morning, I might this afternoon) and really want to try and jerk under 1000 cals. I went a bit over yesterday in the evening with some cheese!

Today I’m having eggs for breakfast, and then this evening I am trying the legendary ‘fathead’ pizza, which sounds amazing so I’ll report back.

My advice would be to get the dough as smooth and thin as you can. The crispier bit were nicer. Let us know what you thought.

How many calories does it come in at? Looks good but my fear is that I would eat the whole thing.

The one I made was to be sliced into 4. Each slice for base only had 295 cals and 6.9g carbs. I only ate half the base, managed all the toppings though Grin
