Anyone doing it and can give tips please? I know it's where you only eat in an 8 hour window but wondered if there's anything else I should know?

On my second day of 16:8 and counting down the time to have lunch at 11.30pm lol absolutely starving! I'm not working so that's probably why! When I'm at work, I keep busy so I don't feel hunger pangs.

Anyone having trouble with morning hunger pangs, it honestly does get much easier. After a few days I don't even feel like having breakfast. I'm starting this again after reading again about the health benefits. I'm not going to calorie count etc, just not eat between dinner and lunch (which is sometimes longer than 16 hours), reduce refined carbs and increase veg intake. No weighing myself, just hoping to feel healthier and a bit lighter on the waistline.

Can I join this one too- is anyone else found huge improvement from skipping breaks fast?

Changednamealready!! - I joined a few weeks ago but its a quiet forum, probably because its old. I am doing good too and finding it easy enough. After years of forcing myself to eat breakfast I am finding it so easy ...

Great Alberto. I avoided breakfast today but had a dash of milk in a coffee (accidentally!) at around 10 am. Def better focus this am.
