I did let's say 5 gyms and a couple BodyCombat, 130.

The last ever BodyCombat yesterday, super sad but we went out with a KAPOW. Lovely Anna Sensei was spoiled with cards and gifts, then later on we went to the beach and had sauna and dips and picnic while the feral kids mucked about. A fine way to finish up a great run of classes.

Sunday - my 15 pt plan

Monday - accidently found myself in the gym, so did 55 minutes of cardio and leg weights.
Also did 13/15 of my 15pt plan, at home.

I'm not sure I've ever found myself accidentally in a gym, frustrated 😂

I have unaccidentally found myself out of the gym last week, however. I felt awful all week (exhausted and migraines and the only classes i could make were with the instructor i don't like) so I only managed one class and one dip. I'm back tonight with the instructor I do like...

S&c this morning. It was hard and I'm still very sore from some new and hideous Spanish squats we did on Monday. Like wall squats but so much worse.

I launched my second Boxercise class on Weds. Very little training for me.

A bit of a sad week, processing the loss of BodyCombat and kind of at a loss what to do with myself! I'm solo parent this weekend so basically not expecting to get anything done until Tuesday now.

Meh, some days it do be like that!

Congrats Bez that's really great getting another class set up.

I have no idea what I did the last few days, reminding me I need to post when I do it or I forget! Horrible squat day at the gym today but the most fun in the sea last night and tonight...it's been like a wave pool with whatever way the wind is blowing and so, so much fun diving in the waves.

Oh, I've been forgetting to post!
Last week I did 3 pilates classes, 1 swim, and a 90 minute Celeigh dance class which was very hot and sweaty and dizzy making!
This week -
Monday - pilates class
Tuesday-zumba class
Wednesday - pilates class
Thursday - pilates class
Got a lovely walk planned for tomorrow.
129 (I think that's right)
I've also been picking and choosing from my 15 point plan everyday - it's been too hot to do it all. My press ups are improving, my planks are not 😁

I'm away with work and other than trekking through airports with bags I haven’t managed to do anything the last few days. Jet lag and long days (and dinners) mean I think it's unlikely I'll manage anything here, then we're going straight on holidays when I get home so it looks like July will be a total write off for me and my belly.

I did get to a neighbouring boxercise class on Thursday, and have bootcamp today (ugh, but needs must). So 134 I guess including swims.

It has beem a busy week and I (again) didn't feel like training. I would have been swimming but the water is rife with jellyfish. Oh that and someone dropped 5 pig heads on our beach - ewww. WIWWP?

I have left my old gym and haven't really settled at the new one. I am bereft about BodyCombat, it really was the anchor of my week. I think it's ok to have a bit of a wallow and feel sad but it is time to get on it again.

I’ve had one day since the end of May when I haven’t been working (including the weekends) so all I can manage at the moment is keeping things ticking over with regular short YouTube yoga sessions. About to be away for work from Monday for a week, then I should finally get a break.

Sorry about your Body Combat, Bez. I have a much milder version of the same thing as the local yoga studio has been taken over by a ruthless corporate and the atmosphere has totally changed.

I snuck out of a session today and did 5km on a cross trainer in the hotel gym. I didn't bring my sports bra all this way for nothing 😂

No workouts done in the heat - I’m too old for that.

Fab 7.5 mile walk with waterfalls - it was a difficult one with lots of very steep climbs and steps. My DP was knackered (think he was shocked as he's been a bit quiet since 🤣) but my son was like a bloody 🐐despite carrying the backpack . I was very pleased with my efforts - I used to be crap at inclines. I even got back and did some squats, plank, press ups, and calf raises. Feeling energised 🙂

11.1 mile forest and riverside walk. Again, very steep at times. Squats and press ups on return.
