Ah thanks 😊 I got to 50kg for 6 reps on my squat today. Going to aim for 70kg by the end of the year. I'm feeling very unmotivated so I need a challenge.

Epic fail here. Work is crazy again (I lost all day Saturday to work) and my sister was visiting for a couple of days. Posting in the hope that it will force me to do something later today.

I’m very impressed with the lift, MotherForkin! I can still lift DD (who is 40 kg, more or less), but don’t think I could do 50kg.

Renovating our living room at the moment which is where I do my exercise, so haven’t managed any for a while. Still getting exercise in though, with the decorating and ripping up and replacing the flooring. Hope to be back at it soon. I see everyone is doing great! ❤️

Been a bit lazy this week. I was supposed to do a class on Wednesday but it was the instructor who really annoys me so I couldn't make myself go! Nice sea dip yesterday and a very hard going s&c this morning. The gym owner has hyrox notions so it was a very different routine.

Yoga flexibility flow (or in my case "demonstrate how inflexible I am" flow). My right hip, which has always been a bit dodgy, is celebrating my 50s by seizing up altogether.

S&c on Monday evening was absolutely baking...it's never good for the instructor to start the class with "Let's get through this..." 🥵 today was better but my shoulder was very tweaky so I had to modify a lot.

I 've had a stomach issue and sore throat all week so no swimming. Today however, I've started a new regime. I' ve made myself a list of 15 things I've got to tick off every day, just to keep me moving, eg min. 10 mins elliptical walker, 10 mins weights, 5 mins dance, 10 mins pilates, mun 1 mile walk etc. I've done all 15 today, and exceeded all the minimum times, so feeling more energised. 🙂

90 minute Cabaret dance class - it was a tad hot 🥵
Plus my new regime, though missed out Elliptical walker and weights so 13/15.

I haven’t read through the thread yet, but no doubt you are all killing it! My first exercise for a while for all sorts of reasons. Just back from a few days in London where lots of walking was done. Starting back slowly with some WWL. Need to get my motivation back. Not sure what number I was on 🫤. Hoping to get a walk in every day but will see how things go.
