Yesterday I did bodyweight and realised none of the plyo boxes have dimensions written on them. So I'm taking a sharpie and a measuring tape in today to rectify that.

Today it's weights, which I am counting now (better do it then) 79

Yoga Meltdown L1 done. Even when I was fitter I couldn’t do the chaturanga push-ups properly, it was a real struggle today even on my knees.

@ProfessorRadcliffeEmerson despite being a qualified instructor, I am quite often completely confused or using the wrong moves (or right moves wrong limbs) in BodyCombat! It's easy done

I went looking for cheap Easter eggs but failed! I did manage to haul 2 malteser bunnies, a tiny lindt bunny and a bag of galaxy truffle eggs. All were consumed well within the use by date. By which I mean "the very same day"

Bez, for the plyo boxes, I'd suggest measuring them, then measuring the bin...to make sure those evil fuckers fit in it! Get rid!!

Disaster of a few days. I don't know if the jet lag is still kicking my ass or if its plain old work stress (work is very stressful until Sunday) but I've hardly slept since the middle of last week. I did a couple of sea dips for my sanity and finally dragged myself to s&c this evening.

DD, unnatural girl, doesn’t like chocolate, so Easter is a bit of a damp squib in our house. I did make a reasonably successful Simnel cake.

Hope you can get some better sleep soon, MotherForkin - insomnia is a real pain.

HIIT workout done. I think I reluctantly have to admit that I’m in my 50s with a dodgy hip and it’s not a great idea to be doing plyometric workouts with ninja jumps and jumping lunges. I like the idea of really intense short sessions as it saves so much time, but I don’t think I can hack the reality.

I'm afraid I did nil yesterday, so 100 day challenge duffed again 😳I'm going to wait until next week, when DS is back to school, and I'm back on dog duties.

I'm the same with plyo. I don't do jumping lunges etc but on a really good day at BodyCombat, maybe a jump knee.

Plyo for me is just two footed jump up to the box, which seems OK. I am long past jumping off anything higher than 1 stair!

Glad I’m not the only one at least! I don’t think the trainers have been made that would let me do jumping lunges safely.

Yoga Meltdown L2 done, skipping the wheel push-ups which I never could do as my shoulders are too tight- but now I think I wouldn’t risk them anyway.
