I am, I hope, properly back now - took longer than I thought to get rid of my chest infection and then went on holiday for half term.

Jillian Lift and Shred workout done, with reasonably heavy weights by my pathetic standards.

Yoga Meltdown L2 done. I’m not doing well at the moment- very stretched at work and doing more work in the evenings, and I can’t motivate myself to exercise. I wish I liked it, it would feel like something for me rather than yet another chore. Hoping things improve as the days get longer. Getting up in the dark makes everything seem worse.

I know what you mean about motivation Professor, especially when life gets busy. I find if I do workouts I enjoy more like walking with Leslie or strength workouts that don't leave me gasping for breath, I am more likely to do them. Sometimes I just say I'm going to do five minutes and once I start, I usually (not always) keep going. It's a real slog sometimes though.

@ProfessorRadcliffeEmerson I definitely agree about motivation. Little and often is working for me at the moment.
Weights weds, BLT weights and BodyCombat Thursday, weights and Bendy Stretchy Friday.
Today weights and BodyCombat, just about to have a sauna and ice bath.

Yoga Meltdown L1 done. Urgh. I’m going to try to do 5 minutes of yoga or stretching every evening before bed, and see if that helps a bit with the motivation- I’m very stiff at the moment.

I'm training a lot at the moment, but enjoying it.

Anna Sensei wants me to try crossfit but honestly I haven't the time! It's a 30-40 minutes drive to the crossfit, as opposed to 5 to my gym.

I always say that the gym closest to your house or your work is probably the best gym.

1 hour pilates class - actually embarrassing. I'm as stiff as a board. At least I'm back though - things can only get better 🙂
