S&c today, just aboit squeezed in. Work is crazy trying to finish up for next week and with Christmas festivities I'm slightly worried I won't hit my 240 by the end of the month...

30 x 25m swim - though I was zig zagging up and down the pool, and swimming on the spot at times. Going to have to give 7.30 am Fridays a miss.

Short run this morning before a busy day. I woke up with a scratchy throat and heavy feeling in my chest which usually signals the Christmas holidays bug, but I don't have time for it!

Thanks Roonetta. I think I've lemon and honeyed it into a temporary cessation of hostilities, but I feel its going to hit me hard on 27th when I have no more work, shopojg, cleaning or catering to do!

Pushed through a really horrible legs session at s&c.

On a brighter note I found a pair of trousers at the back of the wardrobe over the weekend that I'd hidden when they were too small for me 2 Christmases ago. They were slightly too big this morning so they will have perfect turkey and pudding room next week 😋

Just yoga today - I bruised my hip and am feeling generally quite sore, so taking things gently for a couple of days. Though I’ve been so hopeless lately it’s hard to tell the difference!

Well done on the trousers, MotherForkin! Hope you fend the lurgy off. DH is coming down with something so hoping I escape.
