My calf has flared again and I'm so annoyed! Physio said my ankle mobility is woeful and both calf muscles feel tight. I've been doing the exercises and then woke up a couple of days ago and I'm limping again Sad

I just want to do my spin classes

I feel your pain, frustrated - I am slow at swimming but always seem to get caught among people who are even slower!

T25 Rip’t up (stupid name which is going to annoy me) done. Quite hard going and with a couple of push-up variations that I can’t do, but much less likely to injure me than yesterday’s effort. I am so bad at push-ups; after years of exercise DVDs I still have to do them mostly on my knees.

I managed 5 feet press ups this week Professor! They were terrible, but at least I did them 😂

S&c today. RDLs are my nemesis.

I've had to give my left leg a rest from walking/swimming today, so to keep my 100 active days challenge on course -
40 minute online pilates class
20 mins body bar workout.
I'm lucky my fab pilates class teacher also has an online service, with a large catalogue of classes.

OK, my day had a dodgy start, with a neighbour knocking me up with a medical emergency. I then forgot to put my tracker on when I walked my niece's dog. But I did it, and I'm counting it.

Oh no, frustrated, I hope your neighbour is ok.

Unplanned rest day yesterday. Ds was sick so didn't go to his class and I couldn't muster any enthusiasm for a run. S&c today. Absolutely hellish.

I’m OK but I’ve done something at my neck and right shoulder and I’m worried about T25 aggravating it. Very frustrating (and sore!). Hope everyone else is all right.

Thought I'd try something different for a while. I always forget how hard these are for small workouts. Probably won't do them every day but will do the 30 days and see how it goes. Certainly feel like I've been 'phoning it in' lately 😏
