Two unplanned rest days...ds spent Monday night throwing up and it turns out it takes me for too long to recover from an all nighters these days. S&c this morning.

I get it MotherForkinShirtBalls - I was out for a meal on Saturday night, and only had 2 large wines, but felt the effects on Sunday! Even too much food has an effect now too.

Back on it - my neck took rather a long time to recover. The joys of getting older! I know what you mean about bouncing back from all nighters, MotherForkin. Though fortunately my alcohol tolerance hasn’t changed yet.

T25 extreme circuit done. Nor actually as bad as it sounds, though I did ease back in with very light weights.

T25 Pyramid done. Spectacularly horrible even with light weights- he wanted me to do child’s pose followed by one push-up, then two push-ups and on to 8 or 9. I’m afraid I just lay on the mat saying ‘you want what?’ by the end.

That pyramid sounds awful Professor!

I've had a terrible week for getting anything done and now I'm away for work for the next week so I'm not sure how I'm going to get any exercise. The first hotel seems to have a small gym so hopefully I'll be able to get a couple of half hours to do something, as well as some sightseeing.

T25 dynamic core done. It wasn’t half as bad as yesterday but I’m having a weak and wobbly day so did it rather half-heartedly. Still, I’m going to count it.

My flight was cancelled yesterday due to storm Ashley so I was home this morning to take the dog out for our hill walk before I go back to the airport.

Second attempt worked *frustrated!

I was up earlier than expectesothis morning so I got to the gym and did 40 mins on the cross trainer. Between walking to/from the conference venue and some sightseeing this evening I've also done 20k steps. My feet are sore.

A week of failure here - work has been busy, I’m getting up in the dark and hate it, and there just hasn’t been any motivation. But I managed some Shaun T today - T25 extreme circuit, with slightly heavier weights than last time.
