How to get a bigger bum

I've got a tiny little bum. It's not flat but it is very small!

Is there actually a way to make it appear bigger without an absolute tonne of work? I'd like it bigger but equally I can't commit to working out constantly!!

There are some things that are universally accepted as not attractive because they are the opposite of healthy form.

Pigeon chests, slack abdominals, dowagers hump, pancake arse, recessed jaw.

They don't radiate strength, health, youth. They reflect ill health, poor nutrition, poor musculature and lack of strength.

Someone out there may find some of these things attractive because let's face it, there are people who like all many of weird stuff but generally speaking, it is instinct to find people who look well formed, strong with good posture, symmetry and healthily developed muscles more attractive.

There’s an in between though… A strong jawline on a woman and protruding chin isn’t particularly desired either.

A pancake arse would be more appealing that a fat arse with cellulite and stretch marks imo.

Id much prefer a ‘Kylie Bum’ than a mahoosive KK style arse. That’s a no from me.

But it's nice to have some shape. The orange skirt doesn't look half as stylish as the one with shape.

I agree with @greengreyblue they are two different angles.

I guess it’s like the lips trend at the moment. The duck look. There are so many women that love it but I much prefer the natural look of lips than the sticky out look. Same with arses.

Also it looks like anterior pelvic tilt and that not a good posture for your body. It’s looks unnatural (like the injected lips) and that’s why a lot of people genuinely don’t think it’s as attractive as some people on here keep insisting it is and it’s ‘sexy’ and ‘hot’ and ‘cute’.

Also going back to the fact it’s only a recent phenomenon with the celebrity trend (like everything I guess) 15 years ago no one would be wanting a big butt. Again I know some people like it and that’s totally fair enough but there are reasons why others don’t.

Oh please. You can clearly see brown skirt has an empty butt area. And it was on a site about how to get a bigger bum 😂because she hated how clothes looked on her flat bum. But good to see that you can't deny it looks better in the other photo. If you thought the flat butt brown skirt looked better you would have said so. Not that the reason it looks worse is due to 'different angles'

and you need to be in calorie surplus or at least not to be in deficit or you will struggle to build muscle.

But you should also work on upper body strength - dumbell thrusters are good for this if you want to max out on squats. But strict shoulder press, lat pull-downs and bench press should also be in there.

Nope, I’m a pasty celt who’s been this shape since puberty in the late 90s. My waist is 13 inches smaller than my hips.

Fwiw, I think there’s a definite hint of racism in this thread - both in the idea that the natural body shape of many Black women is pornographic, disgusting, or grotesque, and in the idea that a white woman couldn’t possibly have that body shape naturally or wish to have that body shape.

Except of course throughout all of history apart from short periods of time like the 1920s and 1990s. Small butts are the anomaly in terms of what has been considered desirable, healthy and attractive. Fuller butts have been the default backed by science. There is a huge biological advantage and therefore attraction to a larger butt to waist ratio

Nah, it’s a preference and as you can see by this thread plenty of people would swap their big bum for a smaller one.

I think you mean waist to hip ratio, but that’s doesn’t mean a sticky out arse.
