How to get a bigger bum

I've got a tiny little bum. It's not flat but it is very small!

Is there actually a way to make it appear bigger without an absolute tonne of work? I'd like it bigger but equally I can't commit to working out constantly!!

Sadly they are very real. There were a number of deaths amongst models around that time caused by anorexia.

Vogue and several designers 'signed up' to a (what is the word...agreement? Dictate?)... a decision to only work with models with a BMI above a certain level due to the extremes the modelling world had reached. There are plenty of pictures online if you want to learn more. And plenty of articles with models of the time being interviewed

I am someone who would like a rounder bum, but there are limits. That first one looks ridiculous to me. (I hope it’s not yours- apologies if so).

Just curious as to why anyone would want a bigger bum? Any "celebrities" with massive arses are not attractive imo

Again the OP is not talking about a fat arse. She is talking about an arse with nice round developed glutes that looks cute and sexy and young.

No it's not mine!!! I have worked extremely hard on my arse and I'm pretty pleased with it but I don't have the genetics or dedication to build one that fabulous!

You are quite wrong - I go to the gym in London, have been to lots of beaches in glamorous places - I have seen lots of young women with amazing figures (including my own dd).

Before this trend the only women that had bums that were rounded to the back were of Afro Caribbean heritage. There were big buns but not that shape all pert and full. Most of the white women with rounded behinds are either wearing implant underwear or they’ve had work done.

I don't understand why you are so determined to believe no woman wants a bigger butt it that it's only for men. Do you honestly think everything women do is for men? You may believe we wear makeup, think about how to dress, go to the gym etc for men but that's just a reflection of your motivations or reasons for doing things. Not ours.

Sorry OP, growing your glute muscles (muscles people!!!!) takes a lot of graft. Squats, rdls, hip thrusts, lunges etc. done close to failure 2-3 times a week. Plus eating enough to send the signal for the muscle to grow. It’s very rewarding though, I encourage you to lift weights regularly anyway as it’s so good for you! Building muscle is one of the very best things you can do for your overall health. Strong glutes don’t just look good, they help with your body’s overall function, esp as you age.

Ps. The racism on this thread is pretty gross. Calling big bums “soft porn tropes” and “hideous”?! Many women with heritage other than white European naturally have bigger bums.
