How to get a bigger bum

I've got a tiny little bum. It's not flat but it is very small!

Is there actually a way to make it appear bigger without an absolute tonne of work? I'd like it bigger but equally I can't commit to working out constantly!!

There was an entertaining AIBU a while ago where the OP wanted to know whether she should tell her friend she had a big bum. Most of the thread was taken up with posters establishing whether that was a compliment or not.

You are confusing a massive fat arse (kardashians) with a phat bum

When people work out to increase their butts they are not aiming for a silicone injected gargantuan butt. They are wanting generous, firm, round, glutes and that never goes out of fashion as it's not about fashion

Most of those gym influencer photos are posed and enhanced.

Those photos are enhanced and the OP never mentioned wanting a ‘phat bum’ just a bigger one.

Of course some are enhanced but if you follow actual fitness content creators rather than influencers who stand around posing, you will see outstanding glute development.

It's hard work building muscle but when you see someone whose entire body reflects years of hard work you can be fairly confident their butts are genuine.

It’s just a fashion. In the 90s a big bum was what you didn’t want. You could wear those scrunch bum leggings and shorts.

I'm pretty sure by saying she wants a bigger bum, the OP is not dreaming of a fat arse 😂. She may not have used the tram 'phat' but it's obvious what she is referring to. She mentions not wanting to have to exercise to get one so she's clearly looking at bums that are associated with exercise. She just is dreaming of a short cut.

I couldn’t participate in that particular craze because I couldn’t ever get skinny enough. I can’t participate in the current fashions because my boobs and bum aren’t big enough. So I’m waiting until it’s fashionable to be a mid size rectangle shape 😂

This is really quite ridiculous. The second picture shows a healthy, natural fugure. The first picture is not “cute”. It show someone who has had major enhancement. I have never met a woman who naturally has a figure like that.

The first bum is certainly attention-grabbing but looks slightly cartoonish to me. Apologies to that woman if that is her real arse, but I would suspect the photo (or the arse) has been amended in some way.
