BodyCombat last night with Anna Sensei. She was really happy that I've come back.

I'm just PAYG for BodyCombat and training at The Other Gym. It would be a lot cheaper for me to just pay my old gym for a monthly with all classes in, but I'm still in a cream puff with the management. I'd rather just turn up and PAYG for Anna's classes and train somewhere else.

I ran the school run this morning as I wasn't planning to go to the gym. But tomorrow has already gone to pot for me and I won't make a class, so I managed to get up there this evening instead. Between the two I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow!

I think we are due a 200!!!! from @MotherForkinShirtBalls today or tomorrow. Amazing consistency throughout the year, well played!

I haven't done anything all week. Was kind of caught up with family stuff at the weekend and didn't take a chance to train on Monday. Tuesday and Weds are always difficult due to school run plus work, and now we're at today which is a week since BC. I'm thinking to book into BC tonight, just to get something done.

Time to get back into the gym tomorrow and build some momentum in the lifting.

Managed to up my deadlift again today. Still only 50kg but I did 8 reps. I wish I could get my squat moving up too, but I'll take that much. The hiit rounds at the end gave me a little hope that I've made more progress than I'd thought too, the circuit definitely wasn't as hard as it would have been 3 months ago.
