And yes, wasn’t the sunshine gorgeous. Just looked up the forecast for tomorrow and it’s rubbish again here (SE England)

ErrolTheDragon · 15/01/2020 18:32

Well done, FullyHuman - and well done all of you with various injuries!

TriSkiRun99 · 15/01/2020 20:03

Back in the pool tonight I’m guessing a km it could have been more as I didn’t stop for half hour min but forgot to count as it was really busy.

Only 2 miles yesterday, 1939 to go

ErrolTheDragon · 16/01/2020 14:49

5 km, including breaking into a very slow run for some short intervals where the path wasn't too slippy or ploughed up.

Sunrise 5k this morning squeezed in before work as was catching a later train and had just dropped DD to breakfast club. Still flipping windy but did dodge the downpours. Now celebrating that we are over the half hump of grey January Crown Smile

I am procrastinating this evenings run. It looks cold and wet out there 😬

OhYouBadBadKitten · 16/01/2020 20:03

I'm doing tonight's run first thing tomorrow instead. Wet is fine, dark is fine, wet and dark not so fine.

3 mile walk and 3 mile bike ride earlier today.

7 miles today. 1932 to go.

NothingIsWrong · 16/01/2020 22:56

I gritted my teeth and went. No time tomorrow to run. 8km intervals takes me to

93/1600 done

Was really grim and my chest light has given up and I live in a village so I got very wet feet from not seeing puddles cos minimal streetlights...

Well done bear that doesn’t sound fun hope the leg is behaving. I’m planning on ParkRun tomorrow at the moment it’s predicting feels like -1c but light wind and no rain! Whoohoo it will be lovely if it is as I don’t mind the cold as long not slippery underfoot.

Inniu · 17/01/2020 13:45

Super frosty -4c scrapped the car for getting to ParkRun this morning but it was gorgeous once the sea fog lifted. ParkRun sandwich 8k. Planning a trail run on my Monday day off hoping this weather holds as predicted as I love blue sky cold days.

Set off on a 27km run, twisted my ankle 5km in. Rescued by husband.

Super annoyed. It wasn't badly twisted, but j was a good km from a road, and there was no way I was going to be able to do another 22km on it, so I walked back to the nearest road and husband collected me.

Will see how it is in the morning... I did at least get 5km in! Gives me 98/1600 done

OhYouBadBadKitten · 18/01/2020 18:39

Bugger Nothing hope it's ok!

Almost exactly 20 miles hiked today. My Peregrine's and I are starting to get on with each other now, though currently they are stuffed with newspaper. Hope they are dry by tomorrow as I'm doing back to back hikes training for an event.

Maybe just see what it looks like before you set off Nothing.

I'm definitely looking forward to longer days now.
