Purple that's a great run and Reastie is right - better than nothing! Well done for getting workouts done in the heat, I couldn't face it and waited til the evening for some of mine.

Reastie that's great news re: weight loss. I focused on 1lb - 2lb a week and I was happy with that. Obvs wasn't as fast as I wanted but to see it continue going down was very motivating!
Aw poor little lamb, hopefully the cut has settled it then and you'll get a bit of down time between feeds.

Did Week6 Shoulders yesterday. Glad to get back to it as I'd had quite a few days off - wedding reception on thurs and a bit of an explore on Friday. Saturday was a friend's BBQ and Sunday was a chill out day.
Proper pleased that at the BBQ I selected some decent food - boiled eggs, hummus, chicken thighs and crudites (with a couple of cheese and pineapple sticks thrown in). 1 cider and that was it. I spent most of the time chasing after DS trying to make sure he didn't escape down the driveway or steal people's beer and food 
Anyway, legs tonight I hope. Then onto the shred phase - looking forward to it and dreading it at the same time
