Anyone up for tracking some exercise every day in 2018?

I currently do yoga and bootcamp classes at the gym and stopped running in September due to an injury (but not injured any more!)

I don't drive so walk everywhere. I wouldn't count walking as exercise unless I went further/faster on purpose, but willing to count say 20 mins easy yoga so that I don't burn out with intense exercise every day.

I'm hoping the streak will appeal to the my obsessive nature and mean that I push myself to do more this year.

Anyone else up for it? Grin

Good work all! I forgot to log yesterday! But did my app in the evening. Insanity this morning at 7.15, nice start to the day and nice to get it out the way.

I have a BSL exam tonight so will be nice to not have to squeeze anything else in.

A light one hour gym workout. 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes weights.

Day 18 - 4 mile run. Really didn’t want to go out in the cold, but was glad I did afterwards.

Oh dear, fatal error. I've had a chip shop tea and got in the bath. Still haven't done my exercise yet. Will be a very slow late night yoga today I think! No inversions for me and certainly no star jumps! Envy Wink

Day 20/365 done. Bootcamp - it was hard this morning, lots of squats. I think I'll have to do some yoga later so I don't seize up.
