yw 12lb!! well done you! it does put it into context when that's the weight of a whole actual person Grin I've lost 8lb so far which is more or less ds2's birth weight, hurrah!

Major session at pramactive and was semi good on Sunday but i'm still a lb up on before at 10st 11lb. V pissed off, although dh reckons i look about 10st 5 (this may well be diplomacy on his part!)

Desperately hate the softness over my lower tummy which i haven't had before.

pasties LO is 8 weeks now. Have two months to get back to pre pg weight of 10st and just really struggling - like you stress/lack of sleep send me running for the biscuits faster than anything else..

And today I weigh.... 69.1kg, half a kilo less than last week. Hurray, I'm losing weight! Slowly, but that's ok, I'm happy with that!!

Weighed on we'd and stuck at 57.1 kg. am just glad it hadn't gone up. This week is turning into a bit of a disaster. the four month sleep regression makes it so much harder to stick to healthy eating...

That's inspirational Crazy :)
I'm logging into WW online - can't get to a meeting until next Tuesday, but I think will sign up for the online thingy and get the app today. Christ knows I've been putting it off long enough, DS is 9 weeks now and I may as well make this supposed magical BF metabolism work for me! :)

I seem only to remember this thread after I have stuffed my face with chocolate. Oh dear. We've had lots of rain just recently and it's hard to do any exercise when you're stuck inside with 2 LO's.

madmonkeys I'm doing weight watchers. there's no hocus pocus jiggery pokery; over the course of 2 pregnancies and interim breastfeeding I had simply forgotten what sensible eating looks like.

I'm resisting eating off ds1's plate when he doesn't finish his food (he has no problem with portion control Hmm ), limiting treats and eating measured portions. weight watchers is so handy for showing you that everything you eat counts. I mean it's obvious, but it's different when you're knackered and in the thick of it - I could always justify stuffing something else in my mouth.

I have been hungry a lot but that's easing now, and it's so worth it when I climb on the scales and see half a stone has just disappeared!!!

That's why it's worked for me in the past, crazy - I had to actually NOTICE what I was eating, and tracking does help. Using the online tools at the moment as I always have my phone on me, so it's nice as simple.

"I mean it's obvious, but it's different when you're knackered and in the thick of it - I could always justify stuffing something else in my mouth. " THIS IS EXACTLY IT!

Tracking definitely helps, plus it ups the guilt factor.

DH entertained a very fussy ds yesterday so I could go for a jog; greater love hath no man!

You are right, its so easy to keep stuffing in the cake without registering how much you're eating... That's definitely what I was doing before I joined this thread, and using breastfeeding as an excuse, but the production of breast milk really doesn't require 3 portions of cake a day! I'm certainly eating loads better now so hopefully the weight will gradually melt away... I've got some money set aside from my biryhday for some new clothes but I'm using it as an incentive - I won't spend it until I fit in a size 12 comfortably again. Hopefully that will be before the summer.

Hi, no wi today. Am a bit scared - not a great week due to four month sleep regression (or my reaction to it - it's not been DS shoving food into my mouth!). Am hoping for early feed and pee tomorrow for wi...

Yay, 68.4kg, down from 69.1kg last week. And my jeans are getting rather loose.

No weigh in today due to never having empty boobs, bladder, tum and bowel at one time..... Jeans are so loose I can take them off without unbuttoning so have ordered some new ones! Grin

Ooh that sounds good Yellow. Well done.

I have had a bit of a random week. Had about 4 days last week when I could not stop eating- as in, could happily eat a 6 pack of jam doughnuts and then think "what's next?", was craving sugar like never before and now I'm completely the opposite. Must be my hormones.

Anyway, still stuck at 10 stone. Ended up not going to my Crossfit introduction as DD was ill, and actually I also realised that I'm not in the right place mentally to commit to it at the moment. Schedule is so overloaded as it is, balls getting dropped everywhere, to-do list is out of control. Also, I cant see a time when I'll be able to go 3x a week for more than a week at a time. I gotta ask myself am I really going to get home from work, do bedtime, then get changed, get on the tube and do an hour of Crossfit at 8pm? Highly unlikely. maybe I should try gettign my ass to the gym in the basement of my own building first, which has happened on exactly 4 occasions sicne May 2012. Baby steps, Richman, baby steps.

Hi All. Am back. Not weighing in till Fri as need some grace to loose any lbs gained in NI. I resented most snacking between meals but DH and I did crack open a bottle of wine most nights. Confused

Just made a nice batch of winter veg and lentil soup from some home grown veg, so that should do lunches for a few days, am scouring the hairy dieters book for ideas for the evenings before I go and restock the fridge.

Yes richman one step at a time. You need to be realistic or you will only feel crap if you set unachievable goals. Like an 8 pack of jam donuts Grin

Ok I fell off the bandwagon for a few days recently, missed my usually weigh in and have avoided this thread for a bit! I slipped back into old habbits and have just been stuffing my face wildly. I aim to reel myself back in and to start eating reasonably again tomorrow. I must stop drinking fizzy drinks and reaching for the chocolate, and must get my arse into gear and get exercising again. I've had dh home for three weeks and he likes to jump in the car and go wherever we're going when I had been trying to get into the habit of walking more - next week I will try and focus back onto the walking.

If I remember I will weigh in tomorrow and try and then have a good weekend.

We had a few days holiday this week so I had wine and chocolate and big (delicious) meals out and one day we had a three course meal for lunch!! yikes!

How is everyone else doing today ?

I definitely had s weekend off the wagon but managed to lose two pounds this week. Am concentrating a bit harder now, nothing so motivating as a good result!

Its the evenings after the DCs are in bed when I reach for the crap. That and elevenses time, I think. Trying to work on that.

I've been clutching on to the wagon with my fingertips while my feet drag on the floor behind Grin so not exactly a spectacular loss for my weigh in day but still down 1lb.

this brings me to the target set for me by ww, 10lb 13oz. it's now put me on a maintenance program - but I want to lose more weight! my goal is about 10st. so I put in a new goal of 10st 7lb but it didn't adjust my points back down. what do I do?? much as I would love to scoff 46 points a day plus the weekly 49 I still want to lose weight and am worried I'll lose track. any ww-ers out there? help!

blackcurrants my worst time is 3pm til supper time. I just go on a total rampage. nothing seems to help except being really strict with myself, but that often doesn't work, like yesterday when I ate 6 kitkat fingers at a friend's house. I have this terrible subconscious idea that food eaten out of the house doesn't count Blush Grin

Banana
