Quite coincidentally I too have been in negotiations today regarding the pubs licence and it's good news here as well, a deal has been agreed!!

There were no amendments or legal objections put forward so a shiny new licence has been issued and normal service can be resumed Smile

Same rules apply.

Now let's hope Saturday's proceedings can go ahead without the usual dicking around and that what has been nigh on impossible during the last 3 years, a majority, can be achieved otherwise I feel we are off to hell in a handcart!

EU (Tusk) has said it won’t be responsible for a no deal and Scottish Court has continued the Benn Act case to prevent the Government from trying to frustrate it.

Johnson possibly off to find a nice comfortable ditch?

I have no idea, are you suggesting the current parliament stays in place for another 3 months and we do this whole thing all over again in January?

I will put a bet on whatever Boris decides the SNP will be in a Scottish court shrieking "its not fair, its not fair".

I know dusty, my chin hit the floor, as did my DH’s to hear Bercow actually agree that it was perfectly proper to pause the bill under these circumstances and under the standing order as noted by JRM. We truly thought for a moment we had slipped into an alternative dimension. Grin
