Not sure that is correct. If it was why did EU not say that on 24 June 2016?

Think most agree that No Deal is bad for both the UK and the 27 EU members. UK is the third largest donor to the EU pot. So it is a big dent in EU finances. Similarly a large portion of UK export is to EU
