If you voted leave, please answer at least three of these, it must include #6.

  1. Can you name a bad EU law?
  2. What will you do outside the EU that you couldn't do inside the EU?
  3. How will WTO tariffs keep us competitive?
  4. How will border controls keep our lorries moving?
  5. Why would any Multinational stay in the UK with tariffs, mountains of “country of origin” paperwork, and border hold ups?
  6. How can you solve the Northern Ireland problem?
  7. The EU citizen Hostile Environment. We now have twice as many NON EU immigrants coming to the UK to work than EU, how is that better?
  8. Under WTO rules any one of 163 countries can hold a trade deal up for years, is that taking back control?
  9. Trade deals take 8 years on average, what do we do in the meantime?
  10. Where do you get your information from, ever thought there may be a hidden agenda?

Very interested to see the responses.

See the thing is you think this is a victory.

Its isn't.

You are the biggest loser of all, good luck with the workhouse.

Your campaign lied, cheated and broke the law to win by a marginal scale.

Your campaign promised everyone things they couldn't possibly deliver.

You campaigned for them and then you blame the other side for your victory.

It really was the loser vote, the loser victory, you won nothing, you voted for your own penury.

Suck it up

Livinglavidal0ca · 26/11/2018 11:18

I'm a remainer. I think the proposed Brexit deal is okay and I'm at the point where I think we all just need to group together and support the Brexit deal. I don't know what will happen, no one does.

mummmy2017 · 26/11/2018 11:25

The deal on the table is so wishy washy... Have you not read France and Spain are making demands that can't be met, that amount to blackmail..
Oh but no one in EU would act like that... It must be newspaper lies.

BorisBogtrotter · 26/11/2018 11:27

"Have you not read France and Spain are making demands that can't be met, that amount to blackmail.. "

No France and Spain are making demands that suit their national interest.

Get used to it, this is what will happen in trade deals too.

Its called compromise, deals have to be in the interest of everyone.

Or did you think that the UK would just demand and get ( I bet you did).

lonelyplanetmum · 26/11/2018 11:29

Oh the irony.

"Have you not read [ for two years the U.K. ] was making demands that can't be met, that amount to blackmail.. "

1tisILeClerc · 26/11/2018 11:40

And on immigration. The UK is wanting to sign up to trade deals with India, who immediately said, That will be 100,000 work permit/visas please'. That is I believe 'on hold'.
Similarly Russia, I forget their details. The USA, some mysterious 'deal' that old Foxy organised that has to remain secret for 4 years, and that is before accepting hormone injected beef etc.

Peregrina · 26/11/2018 11:40

I can't understand why people are questioning why Spain is making demands. Not only did the Gibraltarians vote overwhelmingly to Remain in the EU, the whole issue has been a thorn in Spain's side for years. Now they see a chance.

1tisILeClerc · 26/11/2018 11:42

The 'Leave' campaign has gone from 'Sunny uplands and Unicorns' with 'the best and easiest deals' to, 'we don't think many will die, but we don't really know'.
Fantastic!

mummmy2017 · 26/11/2018 11:53

Well after the MP vote. Which will trigger what I want we will see...

You live in the unicorn world... I don't think ranting on here will change real life...

Talkinpeece · 26/11/2018 12:10

mummmy
In what way do you think Brexit will make your day to day life better ?

BorisBogtrotter · 26/11/2018 12:12

"Well after the MP vote. Which will trigger what I want we will see..."

Actually, if the MPs don't back this thing we are more likely to stay.

"You live in the unicorn world."

We aren't the ones that voted for a campaign led by the most neo liberal right wingers of them all, hoping that it would make the lives of the poor better.

mummmy2017 · 26/11/2018 12:22

Try seeing what Juncker said this is the only offer or it is no deal...
This was TV interview yesterday...

BorisBogtrotter · 26/11/2018 12:27

Yes, this deal or no deal if we decide to leave.

Which may not happen yet.

1tisILeClerc · 26/11/2018 12:41

By further negotiation, the 'deal' that was signed at the weekend can have an outcome varying from 'really hard leave now' (but with a backstop to protect NI) through to something that hardly leaves at all.
What it does do is make the UK decide what it wants and sidelines the UK activity so the EU can get on with life while the UK argues with itself.

mummmy2017 · 26/11/2018 12:43

Your jumping the gun.
It is not getting passed in UK...
So not valid in EU.

Peregrina · 26/11/2018 12:44

.... if we decide to leave.
Which may not happen yet.

Only if May does a screeching U turn, and the last one she did, didn't end well for her. Once bitten, twice shy.

Peregrina · 26/11/2018 12:47

It is not getting passed in UK...
You have no idea whether it will pass or not. Tory rebels have a habit of making a lot of noise, but then dutifully trooping through the Government lobby. Have you already forgotten Rees-Mogg's attempt to unseat May? It was only a couple of weeks ago! A lot of noise as usual and then it fizzled out.

BorisBogtrotter · 26/11/2018 12:49

"It is not getting passed in UK... "

It may very well do, after all the losers that you voted for have made enough noise about not liking it.

mummmy2017 · 26/11/2018 12:59

Labour saying will vote no.
DUP said no.
90 Torys said voting no.

TM is talking to the General Public asking them to contact their MP to get them to change vote... BBC said that one....

surferjet · 26/11/2018 13:01

Hmm ......maybe we will crash out without a deal after all.

Good.

BorisBogtrotter · 26/11/2018 13:01

They can say all they like.

If the alternative is crash out or remain I think they'll vote for it, but will be noisy beforehand.

Bearbehind · 26/11/2018 13:02

Labour won’t vote it down when it gets comes to the crunch because no deal is unthinkable.

mummmy2017 · 26/11/2018 14:18

Try listening to the News...
It is going to be voted down...
It is a bad deal, too much room to be.miss read... Blackmailed.

Talkinpeece · 26/11/2018 14:25

mummmy
Try listening to the News... That depends which news.

And what do you expect to be better in your daily life after Brexit ?

Bearbehind · 26/11/2018 14:31

mummmy according to the ‘news’ JRM was going to get his 48 letters and topple TM.

When push came to shove the numbers didn’t materlise because they know there’s no realistic alternative.

It’s the same situation here. It might get voted down at the first attempt but it will go through after that when it’s clear there’s no viable alternative.
