Remainers hate poor people, uneducated people, & old people.

Complete rubbish. I'm a remainer and also a poor person, I don't hate myself. All my remainer friends are also poor. The only rich people I know voted leave, because they can afford the hit. Sorry if that doesn't fit your bullshit.

It was your right to vote however you wanted. It's my right to say it was a stupid, ill-informed choice. You obviously have a problem accepting criticism.

I'm another poor remainer. In fact I live on benefits in the poorest part of my decidedly poor county. A county that has benefitted from substantial EU investment and which will be roundly ignored by Westminster post brexit. Not all leavers are poor, not all remainers are rich.

If I had a problem with criticism I certainly wouldn't be an out & proud leave voter on the MN Eu threads.

True, even the most diehard remainer has ( finally ) realised Brexit means Brexit. Arguing about it is a complete waste of time, nothing is going to stop it.

Good news all round economy in the up, trade talks starting soon all the financial passport fears were just more Project Fear crap, unemployment down, blue passports back. And lets hope the No deal Brexit Minister is more than fake news. Happy New Year Indeed

Hate to break the news but trade talks are NOT starting. These will ONLY start when we have left the EU.

What is supposed to happen now is a heads of terms on an agreement. Not the agreement itself ... which is likely to take more than five years. Canada took seven.

What does appear clear is that the UK will be on par to Canada per the attached. Which means financial and other services are out of the deal. So no passporting of bank licenses to EU member states. Sorry.

Is this where we say "you won, get over it"?
