Thanks Killdora, not sure that's going to be possible though.

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:20

Angus Robertson out!

Killdora · 09/06/2017 02:22

That's what we thought about Corbyn as primeminister Wink

The eu are a lot more amenable to Corbyn though, offering him extended time to negotiate if he needs it.

May had proper got their backs up, they'd have self destructed before giving her an inch.

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 02:32

Just hearing that it's possible that Scotland could give May her majority Shock - I could never have foreseen anything even close to the political 12 months that we have just had and it's not over yet.

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:37

Momentum snowflakes will be raging if Scotland are responsible for denying them the win!! 😂

Limer · 09/06/2017 02:42

The Scots are really rocking the boat here!

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:46

I fucking love Scotland - shove massive spanners in everywhere!

I want to move home 😩😩

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:46

Clegg's lost his seat!! 😂😂

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 02:47

Feeling a bit sorry for Cleggy.

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:47

Stick your second referendum up your hoop Clegg Grin

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:47

I don't.

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 02:47
time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 02:49

I do think he's quite good looking for a politician Blush but yes he can stick his 2nd Ref up his hoop Grin

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 03:05

I'd totally nail him given the chance, obvs, but I'd make him beg for Brexit first....!!

LemonSalad · 09/06/2017 03:19

Jim Waterson‏ @jimwaterson

Tim Farron's team confident he's going to hold his seat and blame the delay on problems with the count rather than a close race.

LemonSalad · 09/06/2017 03:20

Oops, wrong thread! Grin Wine

Ceto · 09/06/2017 03:53

Clearly no mandate for staying out of the single market, then.

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 06:48

Tories ran the Remain campaign, Labour ran the Leave campaign.

Hope & a leap into the unknown over doom-mongering & fear.

Ach well, it's done - onwards & upwards - at least a whole new generation have become engaged in politics after years of apathy, and the time was ripe for a change anyway!

Wine cheers all Smile

twofingerstoEverything · 09/06/2017 07:46

Chin chin.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/06/2017 07:53

Think the beer has gone flat.

surferjet · 09/06/2017 07:54

It's terrible news for Brexit, but at least the SNP will shut up now & Nick Clegg has gone. Wine
Corbyn is a lever anyway.
The 'we'll give you a 2nd referendum' LibDems didn't get anywhere near the votes they wanted but it's still disastrous.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/06/2017 07:56

Its bloody brilliant. No mandate for a hard Brexit. EU will be laughing at the mess the Tories are in. Sanity has been restored to UK politics. so proud of young people.

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 09/06/2017 07:57

It's fab news - we will have a much softer Brexit and No new Sottish indy referendum. WineStarGin

Killdora · 09/06/2017 07:59

I have faith in Corbyn, I believe he will definitely honour the referendum if he gets in. I also think he is a leaver at heart.

Whatever happens, a youth turn out of 72% is absolutely bloody amazing!

Wine to all on this thread and others, I know what it's like to think something important to you is on a knife edge.

Let's see what happens.

CardinalSin · 09/06/2017 08:02

THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN! SUCK IT UP!

Sorry, been waiting ages to say that...
