Emily Thornberry is actually creeping me out!

Carolinesbeanies · 09/06/2017 00:12

She was on C4 about half an hour ago, all smiles and beaming....... Was pointed out shes jumping the gun a tad.......

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 00:15

I cannot stand her.

surferjet · 09/06/2017 00:15

Emily Thornberry is creepy isn't she.

Carolinesbeanies · 09/06/2017 00:25

Yannis " the members of the eu parliament, dont have the interests of the eu citizens at heart. They have the interests of the council only. This is why the UK will not be able to negotiate a 'mutually beneficial' exit. There is no interest in mutual benefit"

Carolinesbeanies · 09/06/2017 00:28

Anne W. "A hung parliament would be an utter disaster for the country."

Carolinesbeanies · 09/06/2017 00:37

Just getting a comedic performance from David Miller attacking TM and Brexit....Hmm

LittlePickleHead · 09/06/2017 00:39

Do you mean David Mitchell? He's funny Grin

Carolinesbeanies · 09/06/2017 00:55

I do. However, hes going to look a knob if the exit polls are wrong. The pro eu partys started.

Theres no avoiding this, if TM doesnt get a majority, the demand for 2nd referendum will be deafening and will quite likely happen. As Yannis and AW have pointed out, you cant stop the A50 clock, the EU council will be rubbing their hands in glee at this.

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 01:16

It looks like we could end up getting no deal or at best a rubbish deal purely on the basis that we are going to have to spend a month/s faffing around sorting this government mess out and in all likelihood with another election and possibly a 2nd referendum and all the time the clock is ticking on A50. Disaster

And the irony is the UKIP voters who it was said would vote Tory may actually be voting Labour!!

You couldn't make it up.

LittlePickleHead · 09/06/2017 01:31

Well the only person to blame for this is fucking Theresa May.

Badders123 · 09/06/2017 01:36

The revenge of the remainers

😁😁😁✊

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 01:40

Have you been on the grape juice bladders?

Badders123 · 09/06/2017 01:41

Labour taken clywd

LittlePickleHead · 09/06/2017 01:41

Good argument on C4 now. She has caused probably a huge period on instability AFTER triggering A50 and the clock is ticking.

What a fucking twat.

Badders123 · 09/06/2017 01:41

Oh sorry wrong thread!
Can't drink as I'm on antibiotics 😣

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 01:42

Happy DaysSmile

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 01:43

Oops Bladders was a mistype I corrected but it changed it back Blush

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 01:57

Corbyn as PM...

A bountiful life full of goodies for the next few years, then spend the next 20 paying for it.

I was petrified that this would happen.

Charmageddon · 09/06/2017 01:58

The message from Scotland seems to be that they don't want another indyref.

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 02:05

If it's going to be a labour government I hope he makes good on his bribe to the young voters to scrap tuition fees otherwise there will be a lot of 18 year olds starting uni this September/next September who will be very disappointed - it will be a short and sharp lesson in politics for them if he doesn't.

JC best get shaking that money tree.

Limer · 09/06/2017 02:10

At this rate it's going to be chaos in the morning, all of them jockeying for position. Probably some frantic phone-calls already taking place! Interesting times!

everthibkyouvebeenconned · 09/06/2017 02:10

Ah.. ..and just when you all thought it was going your way.. ..shame the 48% oh plus the young that voted do now more than 50% didn't agree

I guess that's democracy huh

time4chocolate · 09/06/2017 02:13

So what's JCs view on Brexit then? - he's been very quiet on that during his campaign.

Killdora · 09/06/2017 02:15

He hasn't really kept it that quiet.

He wanted to respect the democratic vote to leave and also the end of free movement, but wants to retain access to the single market
