When do you think it will feel better?

I know lots of you will want to say: "get over yourselves already", but please be kind (or say nothing!).

But for those of you for whom this is genuinely devastating, emotionally, morally, practically (if you or partner is non-British), or job-wise - when do you think it will start to feel better?

I'm waking every morning feeling as if, yes, the sky has fallen if, or as if I've experienced a personal bereavement.

well all the brexit stuff has finally blown over, thank goodness

Suggests that, if brexiting turns out to be as complex and as damaging as many experts seem to think, the government's best strategy may be to pretend that we've left while actually staying put Grin.

well, my nephew is 5, and hs lost his secure home, family life and future in one stroke, the repercussions for him... in a practical sense, 20 years, minimum. Emotionally, probably the rest of his life. Times that by tens of thousands of young children directly impacted this month, and add the millions of children in the UK who don't know it yet, but have had their futures greatly impoverised..

it isn't going to feel better in our life time. I don't know that it will feel better in the life time of the next generation...

I'm another one hoping it will only be a paper exercise, we will just pretend to leave!
