That was on Question Time last night. Carswell said he wanted £100 million extra. Only one of the politicians right at the end made the point that you can't spend extra when you are potentially not getting enough money in.

That's such an obvious point - and I don't know how people were allowed to keep spouting that during the referendum without people asking how it could be funded if we were going to enter turbulent times.
