AIBU to be angry at surprised Brexit voters?

Victoria Derbyshire has been chatting to voters all morning, and more than one admitted voting to leave, but being shocked and worried about the resulting political turmoil. What did they think was going to happen!? I just can't understand their logic.

Yanbu.

Committed Brexiters - cool, you voted for, long may you be happy.

The surprised ones? The ones who voted to leave as a "protest vote" and didn't expect Leave to win? They are so shockingly stupid I actually despair.

Alis ive actually heard a Leave voter say that theirs was a tactical vote.

How the fuck does that work when there are only two options.

IceBeing · 27/06/2016 12:42

leave could be a tactical vote in scotland...if you are looking for scottish independence you needed the main vote to go leave but scotland to be remain. If all of scotland voted remain then the main vote would have swung remain...so even if you wanted remain, you might vote leave.

Yes, I know two "tactical" voters............

Or to get Cameron out. Someone was moaning the state of the NHS, the hours she had to work, the working classes and how they are treated. All of this could be sorted out in a General Election. Get DC out, we get a shiny new Tory leader and you're back to square one and, tbh, with the state of the Tory party right now, it's sometimes better the Devil you know anyway. I am saying that as a non-Tory voter and don't think that's irrelevant because I didn't vote for him.
