God I REALLY fancy my sister in law

She is about 6 years younger than my DW and very good looking indeed, but has never really had a serious boyfriend and I think she is a tad jealous of her sister (DW and I are hand in glove).

I would NEVER do anything, but I can't help fantasising about her. She once injured her knee and DW suggested I massage it - with DW in the room - I obliged but when my SIL asked me to move my hand in a Northerly direction to massage her quads, I felt a bit hot under the collar TBH and broke off.

This is not an "am I normal" or "am I being unreasonable" thread, because (a) I know it's normal, and (b) it won't be unreasonable unless (to quote J.L. Picard) I make it so.

Just wanted to share...

lol at Duchesse's "simple tastes" comment!

andfranksentthis · 29/12/2007 21:22

My BIL (actually partner's brother but no abbreviation) openly and wickedly flirts with me in front of DP but DP knows I adore him and he loves his brother... we all know it's just a bit of fun and we all feel nice: me cos I feel attractive, BIL cos he gets a reaction and DP cos he's obviously got good taste and she prefers himself...

so long as your DW is completely assured of your love, loyalty and adoration I don't think this is a problem. My exh did fancy my sister and told me so, but in his case it was a bit scary as I was not so sure how much and how far he was willing to take it if I was ok with it. He ended up having an affair years later with someone els and we are no more.

amytheearwaxbanisher · 29/12/2007 21:23

your allowed to fantisise my dh spent a night moaning and saying nigella in his sleep one night

MUMOFDJandP · 29/12/2007 21:28

I have 4 BIL & I would rather be poked by an out of date cocktail sausage than any of them!

this made me smile very witty !!!

onebatmotherofgoditschilly · 29/12/2007 21:36

but why share tooemb/happy?
the feeling is fine, the sharing makes you creepy.

fireflyfairy2 · 29/12/2007 21:41

Lots of posters share pointless information... lots of posters post that they fancy Colin Farrell, that guy out of ER, some of those other men in tv programmes I don't watch.. Russell Brand.. are they creepy??????

Then all the more reason to share and not let it sit and ferment in his head?

fireflyfairy2 · 29/12/2007 21:49

So Russell Brand isn't a real life person... thank feck for that... he's a tad freaky IMO

whispywhisp · 29/12/2007 22:01

Is Tooembarrassedtousemyrealname now too embarrassed to reply to his replies to his OP?

Maybe he's run away with his tail between his legs!!!

BroccoliSpears · 29/12/2007 22:01

I curse this thread for making my mind wander over towards my BIL who is the most unpleasant, awful, smug, slimy, horrid man I have ever had the displeasure to meet.

fireflyfairy2 · 29/12/2007 22:07

ooohhh are you a stunner the harpsi? Or do you all live on an Island?

whispywhisp · 29/12/2007 22:07

So where is he then? It's all well and good sharing the whole of MN with his secret but where is he to reply to his very interesting, helpful replies!

youcheaplousyharpsichord · 29/12/2007 22:09

lol fireflyfairy
no I fear I am not a stunner
it is a very isolated valley
also, many people play the banjo

whispywhisp · 29/12/2007 22:10

What do you lot think of his post of 19:56 today re sex with his DW and it being good when his SIL has worn something low cut? Isn't that a bit sick? His poor wife.

fireflyfairy2 · 29/12/2007 22:11

Are you a yokel?

Are you a local yokel?

Are you married to your bruvver?

Are you your own muvver?

D'ya think tooembarrassed's wife has come in & found him......? Maybe she & her sister are carrying out his every fantasy as we speak........ [wicked grin]

youcheaplousyharpsichord · 29/12/2007 22:12

no I don't think it is a bit sick, I think it is pretty normal (if it's true).

Mr Inferior's three brothers all look exactly like him. Strangely enough this is actually quite off-putting.

And in his case he shares the simple tastes of the DukeofNorksBride, which I am happy to say I can buxomly meet.

fireflyfairy2 · 29/12/2007 22:13

ww, I thought that was tongue in cheek???

Maybe it's because I come from such a large family that things like this get bandied about all the time.. I have sisters who are twins & there are always remarks made from their dh's! Always innocently though, maybe that's why I'm being very light hearted about it!
