Oh cag I hate things like that too. But yes, you need to message them. On the plus side, you never have to go there ever again, and not give them any more of your money. It's the summer holidays anyway ffs, and lots of people have dc with a range of ages. They should let people in on a first come basis, and if there's too many in, don't let any more in. I took my girls rollerblading, dd3 is a no-fear danger danger child, on new fast rollerblades she scared me a lot, but loved it. Dd2 is convinced hers are going to kill her any minute, slow exposure for her. And bloody dd1 uses my too narrow for my horrid hobbit feet super fast racing blades, and is bloody quick.
