My Christmas is cancelled

I cant tell you how much I needed this Christmas. The one time of the year where all of my family and family friends make eachother a priority so that we are together. I hate this. We cant get an online shop because slots are full, and we don't own a car.

Sorry to derail but I'm disgusted that Ocado is offering free delivery slots while Anytime Smart Pass holders have had to pay £9.99, in addition to the monthly Smart Pass fee, in order to get a delivery slot this week!

I've got a midweek pass so Tues - Thursday is usually free, I suspect if I try to book they'll charge me the usual £9.99 Xmas fee. My Christmas order was delivered on Tuesday and that did have a £9.99 delivery fee.

I had an email yesterday from Ocado to say free delivery slot for 23rd so I looked out of idle curiosity but nothing for my delivery area. I also have a midweek pass but this week the normal charge is £9-99 all week.
