How long did your PCR results take?

I’ve had a faint positive Lft - after the 30 mins - twice - 3rd was definitely negative. Very worried as due to travel v early Friday. Pcr booked for 8am tomorrow.

Hoping most people will say less than 36hrs !

Waiting for daughters test taken at 9am this morning. Under 12 hours so far which I know is optimistic! Hoping it comes back asap so back to school tomorrow. Will update. We're in Berkshire.

Literally just got the result now by text. Negative as I knew it would be! 11 hours from test to results. As I said we're in Berkshire.

Tested Sunday around 12:30 result back Monday around 10:30 (negative) north west

Patiently waiting for three PCR results in the North West. Had them done about 7:45PM last night after our 5 year old DD got a positive lateral flow. Mine and my wife's were negative. Hope we get them back soon!

Tested at a walk through site yesterday 0930, still waiting for result.
Everyone else I know recently has had results in at least 24 hours - all tested at the drive through site though. Wish I'd gone there now !

So we got our results. Me and my wife negative as we thought as laterals were negative. Shockingly our DDs was negative too after 2 positive lateral flows. We're presuming the PCR is wrong and still isolating. Worryingly we rang up and they said follow the PCR results!

I did the test and posted it yesterday (well before last collection). I received an email late this afternoon reminding me to post the test back. Should I be worried that it's got lost or will arrive too late for a proper result?
